These Terms explain how Migasuto works, what we provide, and what we don’t promise. By contacting us, booking through us, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1) Our services
We provide travel planning and booking support (flights/hotels/packages) and, where requested, visa guidance and document support. We do not act as an embassy, airline, or immigration authority.
2) Requests & communication
You may contact us via WhatsApp or email. To deliver your request, you may need to provide route/dates, passenger names (as on passport), and relevant details. If you want email-only, tell us and we’ll switch.
3) Pricing & quotes
Prices can change quickly due to availability, airline/hotel rules, exchange rates, and timing. Any quote is valid only at the time it is provided, unless stated otherwise in writing.
4) Payments
Payment steps and methods will be confirmed per booking. If you delay payment, availability and price may change. Where third-party platforms are used, their terms may also apply.
5) Changes, cancellations & refunds
Change/cancellation rules depend on the airline, hotel, or provider. Some bookings are non-refundable. Where refunds are allowed, timelines are controlled by the provider and payment channel. We will assist with the process, but we cannot override third-party policies.
6) Visa guidance disclaimer
Visa outcomes are decided solely by embassies/consulates and relevant authorities. We can guide on structure, checklists, and clarity — but we do not guarantee approvals, appointment availability, or processing speed.
7) Client responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information and documents. If details are incorrect (names, dates, passport numbers), issues may occur with bookings or applications.

Do you guarantee the cheapest flight?
No. Prices depend on timing and availability. We aim for strong options and clear trade-offs, but we can’t control airline pricing engines.
Are you responsible if an airline cancels a flight?
The airline controls schedules, cancellations, and compensation policies. We can assist you in contacting the provider and navigating options, but we do not control airline decisions.
Can you “guarantee” a visa approval?
No. Visa decisions are made by embassies/consulates only. Our role is guidance, structure, and clarity — not decision-making.
